POSTAGE & HANDLING CHARGES
STINGRAY® Sun Protection Products Delivers Worldwide.
We reserve the right to refuse shipping to some international destinations, or alternatively to ask the customer to pay for courier services to that country.
International - Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from STINGRAY® , you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs declaration. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
To avoid any unnecessary customs charges, please check with your local customs office to find out what the exemption limit is for goods entering the country before having to pay taxes.
Orders are processed upon receipt and dispatched immediately. You will receive an email confirmation within 1 to 2 days.

THE GUARANTEE
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will be happy either to replace the item or to refund your money (for Internet customers only). Simply follow the instructions below and return the product/s to us at the addresses listed.
- Goods should be returned within four weeks of the original order date in their original packaging with the original labels/tags.
- To comply with Australian Government Health Regulations they must be unworn and unwashed.
- So that we can monitor and improve our customer service we ask that you include the receipt you received with your parcel and indicate why you have returned the goods.
